SEMICON CHINA 2024

The exhibition boasted an impressive 90,000 square meters of space, housing 1,100 exhibitors and 4,500 booths. It attracted a significant number of visitors, with 159,896 attendees, including 32% from Taiwan, 15% from Japan, and notable participation from Malaysia, the United States, South Korea, and Singapore.

A highlight of the event was the participation of 10 Singapore companies under the Singapore Pavilion, showcasing the city-state’s commitment to the semiconductor industry and its global partnerships.

The event featured high-profile opening keynote speeches from global industry leaders who shared insights into the global industry landscape, cutting-edge technologies, and market trends. Several focused technical forums addressed hot topics in the semiconductor industry, such as smart manufacturing, automotive semiconductors, power and compound semiconductors, and innovative investments.

A new addition to this year’s event was the Heterogeneous Integration (Advanced Packaging) International Forum, which highlighted the latest advancements in semiconductor packaging technologies.

SEMICON China 2024 also emphasized sustainability and smart manufacturing, aligning with the global trend towards greener production processes and the integration of advanced technologies in manufacturing.
